(Important) Request for Enhanced Security

To enhance security, please enable two-factor authentication and email address verification.

For setup instructions, please refer to the ColorNavigator Network User's Manual .

Two-Factor Authentication	Refer to "Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication" (P.16). You need to install Google Authenticator on your smartphone, launch the app, and scan the 2D code.
Email Address Verification	Refer to "Log-in user settings" (P.13). You cannot use the same email address to verify multiple user accounts.

End of Support for Certain ColorEdge Models

ColorNavigator Network has ended support for certain ColorEdge models with the update to ColorNavigator Network Ver.1.2.3 update. Target models are as follows.

- CG Series

24.1"	CG247

- CX Series

27"	CX271
24.1"	CX241

Please note that although the above monitors may still be managed by ColorNavigator Network after the update, we cannot guarantee their proper operation.

Ver.1.1.8 (5/31/2022)	Added the function to delete information. Deleting user information - Deleting user information does not delete remote command history and monitor configuration template data related with that deleted user. Users from the same or higher groups may continue to use monitor configuration template data. Deleting monitor information - Complete deletion of monitor information can only be performed by users with system administrator privileges. Information in the Removed Monitor List can be deleted completely. However, if a monitor completely deleted from the server is still connected to the client or reconnected to the server, it will be re-registered as a new monitor.	-

Notes on using OS image distribution tool

If you distribute OS image with NetAgent / ColorNavigator 7 installed to other computers without changing it, the computer names may change periodically in the monitor list. Please click here to learn how to distribute OS image properly.
